    Great watch

Posted by Centralaus on 24th Jun 2014

It took me a long time to settle on a luxury watch. When I did, I started looking at on line sellers. I initially put in my order, but I needed to delay. After two months I called and spoke to customer service and my order was renewed. I purchased the watch. I had real fear of purchasing such an expensive item on line. Especially sending a wire transfer (cash). My bank (Wells Fargo) actually asked me if I could purchase with a card (I could but I decided to take the additional discount). I told them I was confident based on Luxury of Watches BBB reputation and reviews. I have an independent subscription with BBB and looked them up under my account. When I purchased my Rolex, I received a call the following business day that Luxury of Watches received my wire transfer. Initially, I was told the watch was on back order. About an hour later, I received another call and was told Luxury of Watches had secured my watch from another office and was initiating shipping. When I received my watch I immediately took the unopened package to a high end jeweler in the Austin Texas area to have it appraised. We opened the box in the jewelers business. They took it in and performed an appraisal. My watch from Luxury of Watches received full authentication as a Rolex and appraised for full retail value from my independent jewelry store. The appraisal was more than the purchase price. Great customer experience and I would recommend.
