Rolex Datejust II 41mm Mens Watches

Rolex first created the Datejust in 1945 in celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary. The original Datejust, reference 4467, was the first self-winding waterproof chronometer wristwatch to display the date in a window at 3 o’clock on the dial. This groundbreaking timepiece was only available in 18k yellow gold with a fluted bezel and the brand new Jubilee bracelet; these days, however, watch enthusiasts can pick from a selection of Rolex Datejust models to suit their style.

The Rolex Datejust II 41mm is a classic timepiece, and one of the most popular Rolex watches for men. The large dial makes these models stand out and shows off impressive features such as the chic, minimal dial design and the distinctive Cyclops lens, which magnifies the emblematic date display two-and-a-half times. Like the Rolex Datejust 36 mm, the Datejust II 41mm is available with several attractive bezel styles, including smooth, domed, diamond set, or the original fluted style. You can also choose between two of Rolex’s well-loved bracelet styles: the decorative Jubilee and the bold Oyster.

And, while all Datejust models retain the stylish simplicity of a minimal dial design, elements such as the hour markers vary from piece to piece, with some sporting baton style markers in Chromalight for ultimate visibility even in low light. Others shine with set diamonds or adopt the use of Roman numerals to add a timeless touch. The Rolex Datejust II 41mm uses the Caliber 3235, a self-winding mechanical movement developed and manufactured by Rolex. This new generation movement boasts outstanding resistance to shocks and magnetic fields, incredible precision, and an impressive 72-hour power reserve.
