Audemars Piguet Watches

Known globally as the creators of the thinnest watches, Audemar Piguet has been family-owned since 1875. With the introduction of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Watches, the company rose to worldwide renown. In 1892, Audemars Piguet stunned the watch world by creating the first minute-repeating movement. Since then, they’ve continued creating some of the thinnest timepieces on the market, culminating with the celebrated Calibre 2870, an ultra-thin, automatic tourbillon watch launched in 1986.

The company adopted a new motto in 2012—“To Break the Rules, You Must First Master Them”—and the company certainly knows how to make waves with its innovations. This watchmaking company’s remarkable achievements include the minute-repeating movement, the first jumping-hour wristwatch, the first skeleton watch, the world’s thinnest watch, and the world's first sport luxury watch, among other impressive developments.

Some of the more memorable watches are included in the Jules Audemar collection, which memorializes one of the watchmaking houses’ founding fathers. More recently, the company launched its first mechanical chronograph with an independent memory and three column-wheels, and Audemars Piguet introduced the world’s thinnest automatic perpetual calendar in 2019.
